We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, and we will do everything we can to ensure your satisfaction. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free returns and refunds policy.
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If your item arrives damaged or is incorrect, please contact us within ten days of delivery. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item, and we will send you a replacement as soon as possible at no additional cost to you.
Custom Orders:
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for custom orders. We work closely with our clients to ensure that their specifications are met, and we cannot resell custom items.
Normal Wear and Tear:
We do NOT take responsibility for any damage that occurs due to normal wear and tear. Our products are built to last, but they will show signs of use over time. If you have any questions about the proper care and maintenance of your item, please contact us.
Refunds:
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will issue a full refund within 30 days of receipt of the returned item. The item must be returned in its original condition, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
