SHIPPING POLICY 

KCD FABRICATION 

  

Shipping times are based on business days (Monday to Friday) excluding Holidays and weekends. Depending on your order, your purchase may arrive in multiple packages. For orders with a value of $200 or more, a signature may be required.  

 

Please note: 

• Not all items are eligible for Two Day or One Day shipping due to size, weight, hazardous materials, and delivery address. 

• Shipments cannot be rerouted once a package has been shipped. 

• Any orders in need of replacement due to shipping errors or damage in shipment will be sent out via ground shipping. Replacement orders cannot be expedited. 

RETURN POLICY 

 AT KCD FABRICATION, we work hard to ensure a positive shopping experience with us. For purchases made directly from our online store, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return your products within 30 days (about 4 and a half weeks) if they are unmodified. We cannot guarantee that your item will be accepted for a refund or exchange if it does not meet these requirements. Return requests outside of 30 days require special authorization. 

Customer will NOT be responsible to cover the shipping costs of the returned item(s) for the following reasons: carrier damage, defective product, incorrect product received, or for any extra products you did not order. For all other reasons, customers are responsible for the return shipping fees. 

  

Please note: KCD FABRICATION will not accept returns with product modifications as it voids our warranty policy. Any modified products received will be returned to you at your expense. 

  

Please be prepared with your invoice or the following information：  

  • Order number 
  • Proof of purchase 
  • Video or photo of the faulty product (if applicable) 
  • Mailing address 
  • Contact telephone number 

REPLACEMENT POLICY 

If you have received a defective product or one damaged during shipping, you are eligible for a refund or replacement. 

In the event of a replacement, please contact us throw the link posted on the main website under "Contact us", we will arrange for return shipment of the defective unit, and once the part has been received and inspected, we will ship out the replacement part. 

 

If damage results due to improper handling during the setup or installation, whether done professionally or by the customer, then the product is no longer eligible for replacement or refund.

KCD Fabrication's products are intended for use strictly in accordance with the instructions, specifications, and guidelines provided with the product. Any misuse, alteration, or handling that is inconsistent with these instructions is at your own risk. 
  
By purchasing and using any products from KCD Fabrication, you acknowledge and agree that: 
  
1. **Proper Use:** You will use the product only in accordance with the provided instructions, specifications, and guidelines. 
  
2. **Assumption of Risk:** You understand that there are inherent risks associated with the use of the product, and you assume all such risks. You agree that KCD Fabrication is not responsible for any damage, injury, or loss caused by the use, misuse, or mishandling of the product. 
  
3. **Compliance with Laws:** You are responsible for knowing and complying with all local, state, federal, and international laws and regulations related to the purchase, possession, and use of the product. 
  
4. **Indemnification:** You will indemnify and hold harmless KCD Fabrication, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your purchase, possession, or use of the product, your violation of these Terms of Service, or your violation of any rights of a third party. 
  
5. **Limitation of Liability:** To the maximum extent permitted by law, KCD Fabrication shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including without limitation damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, that result from the use of, or inability to use, the product.
